The Network of Spiritual Progressives San Diego is sponsoring a series of "Panel Discussions" on the GLOBAL MARSHALL PLAN, a blueprint
proposed by NSP to end war and promote world peace.
The blueprint proposes an alternative to the current war spending.
It proposes that 1% of the U.S. GDP (Gross Domestic Products) and
